Thank you very much for your
interest in our custom birdhouses. Each custom house we
make is unique, so pricing will vary. We can make your
birdhouse anyway you like.
The first thing we need are PHOTOS. The majority of our
custom houses feature only the front detail of the house;
leaving the sides and back for perch holes and cleanout.
We will also replicate your entire house if you like.
If there is a particular feature on your house that you
want to be prominent, just let us know. The photos need
to be clear with as few obstructions as possible. For
a quick estimate of how much your custom house might cost,
digital camera photos via e-mail are fine. But, for the
construction stage, we would prefer actual photographs
via snail mail as they tend to show much more detail.
Size of the house is very important. The HGTV house we
did is quite large, approx. 21"tall by 24"wide
by 14"deep. You may want something smaller. Their
house was $350 + shipping. (Front Only) |

After you send us your photos,
etc, we can give you the actual price (shipping cost is
extra). Approximate time to build and ship a custom house
can range anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the
complexity of the home, and how busy we are. We generally
ship DHL, which is very reasonable. Orders are filled
on a first come, first served basis. If you have a special
date; we will do our best to fill it on time. Most of
our customers are very patient and don't mind letting
someone go ahead of them. Thank you for patience, and
